I feel sorry for poor Lucy, she will be very aquainted with my angry voice!! I also noticed that the time had changed on Hulls website, I mentioned it on here this morning. If you look on RFL"s website it still has Hulls press release with 10 am. We spent £30 ringing Ticketmadter and RFL today ( nearly 3 hours to get sorted). Its nit the venue thats annoyed me, its the method of buying that has been frustrating. Why couldn't we have had the same set up as last year, sold from the club shop, with all staff on board to pass holders first for a week, then general sale.

Seems people have had various issues, as has been said, I can't see many being available on Saturday, a shame for those that miss out.

Complete joke and it's no wonder this sport isn't as big as it should be. Ground is far too small to fit all the fans that want to go, and this is meant to be an event you would hope to attract casual fans, newcomers and neutral fans to go to. Instead some fans just won't bother with the hassle.

Just order some on the leeds website if you're struggling

If you have a look at all the links for the other three clubs, they all give priority to pass holders, Salford two days and both Leeds and Wigan three days.

Sadly, it doesn't show our club up in a very good light and you have to wonder what the reasoning is behind it. If it's because of the seemingly never ending rift with the SMC and being charged for selling tickets then why not use the club shop and get extra staff to man the phones for a couple of days?

Or bring forward the selling arrangements for Saturday to this morning.

.... the whole of the North stand, and most of the West stand go on sale on Saturday for members only.

The west stand tickets have not been released yet according to the press release on the website the north stand is being sold first which is probably around 3500, I would rather watch from the side than behind the goal but I don't want to leave it to chance that I don't get a ticket so I'll be in the queue on Saturday.

Why weren't passholders given priority?

They have been - Saturday.

Think the issue is that if they have sold 1500 tickets today, that's leaves about 6000 tickets available on Sat to 7/8k pass holders who can buy two each.

Full allocation should have gone to pass holders first with only one ticket per pass.

A lot of people, more on facebook rather than here, can type out War and Peace on why this is a farce but seemingly can't read the one article on Hull's website saying a significant number of tickets have been reserved for passholders, for Saturday. People planning to queue up at full time on Friday.

.... depends how many of the 1500 were already passholders, and how many non-passholders want tickets on Saturday. I can't see demand outweighing supply.

If the SMC had a system in place like Leeds, and allowed us access to it, there wouldn't have been any need to make Saturday a members only day.

I'd have thought Saturday would be the least inconvenient day to choose for most people.

It's understandable that people get anxious about sorting tickets but I'm pretty sure everyone who wants one will get one.

I don't think there has been any cup game in the last 20 years or so that everyone who wants tickets didn't get one, including Donny twice, so you are probably right. It just seems a strange way to do it, all the other teams are selling to only members first and that's what we have done in the past. No problem with the RFL helping us, but go that on Saturday after giving members a couple of days to get there tickets first, we should be the priority.

We have less tickets available than we took to last years semi although I'd guess not everyone who went last time will want to go this time. I even know people who won't bother with wembley if we get there after we've now won there

Why shouldn't they? It isn't rocket science, the online system we currently use is the same one city use.
It'll be the SMC being as awkward as they possibly can - pay thru' the nose and we'll provide the facility.

Yeah, because it relates to the KCOM where us and city both play. You can hardly expect them to set it up to sell tickets at another stadium when the game has nothing to do with them

Sorted our tickets earlier. Hull have set aside 40 (I think) tickets for each West Hull junior team. The boys will be mascots, flag bearers etc on the day.
Will be a good 500 there in green and gold if all teams take their full allocation. Looking forward to it. Think it will be a classic.

2008 - Semi v Wakey, allocation was in our favour - still could have sold more (over 8k)

2016 - Semi V Wigan, Friday night game, we take just under 9k to the game

2017 - with a bit of success last season, a Saturday afternoon kick off.. I reckon we could shift about 12k in tickets for this. Given that Leeds have a bigger fan base than us and that the game was always going to be in West Yorks, they could shift a minimum of 10k.

I guess the club have just assumed most members would want to be in the North Stand.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were still tickets available next week for that stand never mind the West Stand. If people want to waste their time queuing overnight on Friday or getting there at 5am fair enough. I think we only sold something like 7k for last season's semi.
