What we're seeing is that no matter how good a coach is at getting the best out of his players, at some point that best isn't going to be good enough when playing a side with better players. And in this case with a point to prove.

Naturally - but every Cas player who has been asked how Powell is doing it has said that he has 'brought the players together'. I'm sure he's a better technical coach than Radford - he's been doing it longer - but Cas are (impressively) working a combination of massive team spirit and some decent spine players. Good luck to Powell and his team.
