Suppose we'll get the usual noises about kick starting the season.Trouble is we heard it on Easter Monday too

Fact is they have scored 50 without being great, okay against 12 men but you still have to score them.

Didn't sound great at time but the two points are the main thing.

A week off now when really we could have done to just kick straight on. At least it might mean a return for Lineham, in whic case Lancaster can count himself unlucky.

Well I suppose if we have been offered 50-12 beforehand we would have been more than happy. London will have targeted this game so be 22-6 up even before the sending off is pretty good. I just thought that after the sending off we should have dominated more. It was only in the last 15 when they tired that we cut loose a bit.

No Ellis second half but frankly we looked miles better when Azza and rankin were in the halves. Good win in the end but main deficiency is lack of direction and game nouse.

Hard to say if we we're much better with heremaia in the halves or the fact that it was a tired defence it sounded like the miller/Rankin partnership was poor again

The thing is when your playing someone like London who haven't won a game you don't stick to the game plan and try and score off every play we did last week and it sounded like you did today

Personally I'd like to see Horne back in the team but whatever partnership we have out miller/Rankin or Rankin/ Horne or miller/ horne it's simply not good enough and wouldn't be too upset if all 3 were released at the end of the season.

Just glad to see the boys get a win today, to put further daylight between us and the bottom two. Especially as a Bulls fan has told me that they are relatively confident that they will get all 6 points back as their appeal is purely based on legal grounds and nothing to do with the RL rules on going into administration.

If that happens & Bulls beat Wakey tomorrow then we are just 4 points above the drop zone

I was at the game and as I said earlier we improved dramatically when Azza came on. No pinch of salt required that's just what happened. Rankin had a good last half hour and his goal kicking looks very good as is Miller's. Houghton also woke up and caused some problems second half.
