How do you value a property that would only be of any use to Hull City or Hull FC?
I doubt Hull FC could afford to run it as a single tenant.

The issue would be market value if for example the tigers were not going to be there what value has it got just an opinion but if he offered somewhere in the region of 10million that would be in the circumstances a fair offer just my opinion mind

I didn't know Tickle had a practice at the start of every season, initially this thread started (or at least it did as I read it) that Holdsworth wanted to practice before the game, not a couple of hours on some random Tuesday with no City or FC game in sight for days. If it is the Allams pulling these strings (and that has to be the smallest "if" ever posted) then something has to be done.
You do wonder what Allam's motives are, you'd think he'd be bigger than a petty squabble with AP, ATEOTD a strong Hull FC means more money for the SMC v-a-v more money for the Allams?
Going to be an interesting season if "Dr" Allam is going to block FC from doing even the basics. He's one "Dr" I wish would shove his sonic screwdriver where the sun don't shine. |

Wise up some posters The land around the KC Stadium is large West Park /The car park in Walton Street and the land around the KC is worth a small fortune .The Council wouldn't dare give that sort of land away for peanuts

They couldn't anyway, coveneants on most if not all of it, and conditions on the funding they received for the stadium too. |

Quote Right everyone, I know most of you have already heard about the Allams latest shenanigans regards the taking down of Hull FC related photos and items from around the KC Stadium, what I find particularly disgusting and disrespectful is the fact that they saw fit to remove Johnny Whiteleys picture from the Johnny Whiteley suite and replace it with City's, The people who saw this were on a stadium tour. Now as fans I believe it is our duty to step up and confront this head on, The KC Stadium does NOT belong to the Sand dancers nor does it belong to Hull City, it is a shared Stadium owned by Hull City Council, it is also a community stadium therefore what gives them the right to do what they've being doing, I will be emailing and telephoning Hull City council regarding this matter I will also be expressing my disgust with the Allams to whoever will listen, I am emailing FC Voices to show my support, and I would like to ask you all to do the same Please, when you have a spare minute
