good luck martin looks like we couldnt find the money in the cap to keep you, leigh have a real asset thanks for the effort put in this season , just hope this means we have finally got some movment on some of our other targets

A real shame ! He couldn't have done more to get a new contract. Too good for the championship and a great signing for Leigh.

Gutted to see him leave! Should have kept him and not signed Galea IMO but wish him all the best for the future.

Did we offer him a new contract? Perhaps he wanted to be back in Lancashire anyway?

he's definately a player i would have liked us to have kept if we could, think he wanted to go part time for one reason or another. normally when a player leaves a club, the fans say 'no big loss' etc etc. you won't hear any hull fans speak like that of martin

Thought a poor panic signing at the time, has been more than impressed with attitude workrate and ability since the season started. Im sure he will look a true quality signing for Leigh.

Totally proved me wrong, and turned out to be better than big named players like Westerman. (Although Westerman STILL has potential, I just hope he taps into it one day!) Would've liked to have seen him here for another 2 years, but best of luck to him. Leigh have signed an absolute cracker!

Westerman's wasted in the middle. He plays much better when out wide.

If he plays like he has this season, Aspinwall will be a class above the rest in the Championship.

i highly rate aspinwall and think he is a very hard worker, i wish we could keep him for another year because his performances this year totally deserve the contract
