Bit harsh Peter Walsh was absymal.

Walsh took over a newly promoted team and had a w*nker of an owner who sold our best player before the season started.

He was also given only half a season, Agar had over 3.

Both poor coachs but one was given all the tools to be successful, one wasn't (or least not as much).

Walsh took over just before the end of our promotion season as a DOR to Sigsworth didnt he? we then proceeded to lose at home to secure the league title, having to beat Huddersfield away instead. We then lost to Huddersfield in the final at Old Trafford. He was an awful coach

Yes all is correct, not sure the players (and fans) really wanted him.

He certainly was an awful coach for Hull, but he never had the resources or money that Agar had, who inherited a decent squad a club that operated at full salary cap and had money for player transfers.
