But the petrol in Hull is really cheap which is why FC fans travel to away games and beautiful towns like Warrington. If you come over, only fill up with just enough fuel to get here and bring a few empty petrol cans with you so that you can stockpile it for future visits.

I've had trouble in Hull before, i've scrubbed it off my go to list, not saying it's Hull fans as it's always been away from the ground.

A fair few other fans have had trouble too, most fans don't want the aggravation so don't bother.

Talking round the ground and pubs yesterday and there are 5 coaches that have been organised with fans alone not including the official ones, so a lot of people are weighing it up, probably between 800-1000 fans

Our coach has been bricked several times at Warrington and plenty of other places for that matter, but it doesn't stop us from going away everywhere. Good and bad everywhere.

When we played at the Boulevard I had my front driver's side window smashed with a brick outside the St George's Hotel and I'm a Hull supporter.

I have stopped going to the Boulevard though.

I'm not disputing how good and bad places are or getting in to a willy measuring contest, just a few fans have had experiences that have put them off, me one of them.

Fair call, but hull often gets flack for "it's supporters and trouble causing" but its just as bad everywhere else, I haven't been to one place and never had any trouble, more often than not everything is fine when I go away but I've had "trouble" at every ground ive been to. Just annoys me it's always hull that are the only ones who generally get the bad press from the majority of other fans.

I once made the mistake of suggesting to a big, fat Warrington supporter who was urinating up the back of a flat on the Boulevard, that maybe he wouldn't be so keen on someone doing it in his back yard. Got an interesting volley of naughty words by way of reply, and the rest of the minibus laughing at threatening to come and do me over. Women included. Probably asked for it really, but I've had a dim view of Wire fans ever since.

Fact is, Wire bring few fans. I'm sure one year we comfortably stuffed their fans in one corner with room to spare. It'd be great to see some turn up, and they've got every reason to come to this game.

I can understand why people avoided the Boulevard, but the KC is segregated. I can also see why people reckon the KC is pricey. But this'll be a great game, based on last weeks performance, and I'd urge anyone to go. Wire deserve the lead, but I'll be happy to see them lose. I suspect they won't!
