Why do people always that word 'us'. What does the way he talks have to do with anything. Not having a pop at you RG it's just that a lot of people do it and I don't see the point in it.

Agreed and that's the sad thing for me in all of this. He maybe should walk away but how many of us would walk away from a paid job? If we lose on Friday it will get nasty and personal and although its inevitable it's not very nice, he's human after all and he's probably hurting as much as any of us.

I think like many people have said before that he could actually be an asset to the club but more in a role of an assistant or DOR not head coach but that's unlikely to happen.

Or maybe they find ways to attack the coach when his side is playing poorly?

Just to take the p*ss out of him, I suppose. Like people might mock a politician for a particular turn of phrase or idiosyncrasy. It will happen if you're in the public eye, unpopular and and have an obvious way of speaking that lends itself to being mocked.

For a start, using 'us' in a mocking context is hardly what I would call 'abuse'. Likewise, I don't think you could call it an 'attack' on the coach. Unless you were being really dramatic.

Add to that, the fact that most people don't 'dislike' Agar, only the affect he's having on the club, and I don't think I could disagree with your post more.

When a person is under-performing as badly as Agar is, it's inevitable that he's going to receive a bit of stick. Sometimes, that stick might not be wholly relevant to the reasons he's under-performing, but it certainly doesn't constitute 'abuse'.

Because it demonstrates an inherent inability to formulate even the most basic and correct sentence, this from someone who is meant to instaill respect and support in his employees.

I assume you'd be happy then if your kids fail their basic English and Maths, because that is what it suggests to me, he lacks basic life skills beyond analysis of RL video. He is not meant to be a great orator, but he has barely the communication skills to be a janitor.

Just how many clubs come out and offer apologies for defeats? It only happens when a team get completely dicked.

Judging by a fair few comments on this forum, there are a lot of fans who couldn't give a flying about the club or some of the players.

Andy, if we were Doncaster RLFC, hoping that Tony Banham would save us from Another Bloody Sunday, I could understand that. We may be playing like they did but we aren't Donny and we DO deserve better.

That is the most sensible and accurate post i have seen on here for sometime.Some of them make me laugh on here,they really do.

To say we deserve better I think is going a bit too far to be fair Dave. Its like every fan of every club saying their team should win a trophy as they personally have gone through thick and thin.

I am old enough to remember the late 70's and 80's when in Football, Liverpool swept the board with annual ease. Man utd had a far bigger fan base but just accepted the fact that another team were far better (on the whole).

All anyone can really ask for is a bit of consistancy from the top table. That has not happend. As has been pointed out, Agar has had more chances than Sharp, Kear, Walsh and Tony Gordon put together.

To this day I find it hard to fathom that some who live close enough to go, claim to be a life long fan yet would rather cut their noses off to spite their own face by not attending. It sort of makes the "any kind of weather" line a little redundent.

It's abuse in my eyes, not the most hurtful abuse ever, but still abuse. Not being dramatic whatsoever just pointing out what I read and it's attacking the way he talks which has nothing to do with coaching abilities.
