Not really. He should have got better performances out of our injury hit side. I expect him to still be in charge but he has to be the luckiest coach alive to still have a job, especially when you consider the records Kear and Sharp had when we got rid.

Actually what they meant was a marked improvement on the previous two years which is exactly what they got, unlike many on here they dont want a magic fix they want to build a sustained squad development that will challenge for silverware ongoing not just in one season .

I think its difficult to make a prediction on Hulls finishing position next season until your recruitment is finalised.
If the squad were to stay as it is i think its fairly likely you would drop a few places due to the recruitment of those around and below you, but if you sign a quality full back, scrum half and prop there is no reason why you cant emulate this seasons achievements.

i think that Sharp does have the X factor hence everyone was after him when he signed for FC, he will i think bring a similar game to the club that Calders did at leeds a few years back , he will chase everything, he is strong in the tackle, he doesnt get outjumped often with high balls and he has pace to burn and has a similar style to Colin Best so he could i feel be a big hit and rack up a few, given a decent centre partnership it could be a big plus for FC

If we can settle Berrigan into Centre also i think the whole backs situation begons too look much tighter and ship shape dont you?

We could sign Lockyer and Greenshields as well as Cameron Smith and Agar would still turn them into a heap of crap.
