He was penalised for putting him "into a dangerous position". As soon as he turned him upside down it was a penalty. He said he didn't have a problem with the fact he put him down meaning it wouldn't go on report or be dealt with further. The telling off was for retaliation.

You might want to tell Fox, that when you pick on the big blokes with limited intelligence they usually smack you one. Hame didn't disappoint.

If you hear the refs comments when he talks to him after the incident he clears states, Fox was the instigator.

Spot on Kaz.......He could've quite easily dropped him on his head. He never....in fact he was actually quite gentle when he realised Briscoe had made it clear he was infact upside down. I'm glad it was Bentham reffing the game.....he really does have sense in these matters. BUT......It was soooo funny watching Fox getting a battering for 'interfering' with the proceedings.
