I've not read the RFL's Respect Policy but I doubt that it covers this issue with the Cookie chant.

You really, really don't want to try comparing incidents at Rugby with the unrelated sport of football, it's been done before and the rugby myth gets exposed. As I said, if you feel there's a problem with some FC fans, then that's for FC fans to deal with. It's nothing to do with football.
