I thought he looked okay early on. But it was a hot night, he played more minutes than usual and was having to take the ball standing still due to our woeful attack. Don't think he can be blamed - he did as much as could be expected.

I agree he was below his usual standards, I just wouldn't go so far as to say he was poor. He certainly wasn't as bad as Fitzgibbon, who I thought had easily his worst game in a Hull shirt.

Tansey, Washbrook, Berrigan, Cusack, Tickle, Fitzgibbon, Horne. All could have either got involved more than they did or produced poor plays through lazines, as well as having poor execution (of which there were even further culprits).

So Agar has lost the whole dressing room apart from one junior player. Mmmmm interesting.

Now I thought he was quite poor. His kick returns were lacklustre to say the least and he didn't seem to show a lot of urgency getting to the ball.

Turner also did ok until he was subbed for some reason, and I think Lauaki was the pick of our forwards. Whiting did little wrong but couldn't get into the game in attack.

Agree about Turner, shame he got minimal service as we looked like we had the beating of Wakey on the outside. Why oh why do we default to 5 drives and a kick? (when we manage to complete the set)

So back to my question, why oh why do we play 5 drives and a kick when we're getting beaten badly doing it? Spreading the ball wider we'd have at least had a go. Wakey played 5 drives and a kick because thats all they had to do to beat us convincingly.

Yeah like they would know, the commented about Horne being on the pitch in the 35th minute and that he might change the game, he had already been on 10 minutes
