Some people are carrying on like we've only won 2 games this season!

We have beaten saints, hudds, Bradford and our other top 8 challengers wakey.

well done for the shirt print! At least sum1s doin sumthing for their beleifs rather than moaning on here! Although 4th in the table is a great position at this moment lets see where we are at the buisness end (hopefully top 4 and finalists!) And lets gauge our current standard of performance against a form side like saints to see how far we have developed with agars team

I find it hard to credit that some people are actually moaning about being in 4th spot after our last two seasons.

How can people say that we can't gauge how far we've come by 2 easy wins and that we must use Sts as the benchmark?? Is that just an excuse to get the moaners out again, cos i fully expect us to lose vs Sts...... Last year we lost 18-6 to Catalan and 40-18 to Cas, can't we just say well done on a massive improvement??

Everybody wants Agar out and saying Maguire etc... would do a far better job with that team. I'd like to know where or how rather then just predicting/guessing. The way i see it;

Long: Can't be any better, Agar cannot get any more out of him
O'Meley: Looks like the signing of the season, and playing like one of the best in superleague. Agar cannot get any more out of him.
Fitzy: Excellent, cannot get any more out of him.
R.Horne: He even got Rich Horne playing well before his injury and he started to look more like the player we expect him to be.

What more do people want our coach to do?? We're 4th FFS and people still moan!!

Why do you expect us to lose to Saints ?

Some people will always will dislike the current coach no matter whos in charge, I'm backing Agar for now but I admit that would change if we don't make the top 8.

Positions right now still mean jack! Ok we are 4th but afte the next game we could easily be 7th. The important thing is we are in a group of 4 teams just behind the leaders that are competing for the spots 4-7. Some weeks we will be up in 4th and some weeks we will be down in 7th but the point is the longer we can compete the better. I still expect Leeds to move into the top four and along with the other three that won't change. 5th to 8th is very much open and that is where I expected us to be challenging anyway.

We are in an excellent position right now and with a week off and players coming back from injury there is a lot to feel positive about.

Sts have hit a ridiculously high level of form recently (albeit vs weak opposition

) They are scoring alot of points at will and we aren't quite at that level yet!!
We can beat Sts and i hope we do, but i just fear a defeat and there would be no shame in a defeat IMO. All we asked for was a major improvement on last year so as long as it's not 6-30 then i won't worry!! However if we win, I'll be chuffed to bits!!

Yup. I still expect us to finish somewhere in 6th to 8th place, although if Huddersfield continue to implode then that opens up 5th as a possibility IMO. We're in a good position with important players still to return, so plenty of positives.

It would seem so.

I can understand being critical when we're doing poorly, and even reigning in your optimism in expectation of disappointment, but one or two seem positively disappointed that we're in decent shape.

Can hardly judge the games either side of it too , not much of a marker really

I just like the fact that half way through season And F.C have'nt dropped out of top 8 all season ! KEEP IT UP !

It seems to me that if we were to have a bad second half to the season and miss out on the play-offs yet again some people would consider that a price worth paying to get rid of Agar.

k.c will ban you for wearing that as me and my lads had we all 8 leeds on ours and got told don't were them again i thought sod you and wore it to the next home game 4 days pasted and a letter from k.c banning me for one game i called the club. and took my one game ban on the chin so watch out IF you wear it at the k.c

Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether people agree or not. I stand by my decision to get the name printed on my shirt and it will stay there for the forseeable future. If people see it as a waste of money that is their opinion but at the end of the day it is my money to waste.




I would prefer Agar to prove me wrong and make the play-offs and get the team putting in good performances on a regular basis. The last thing i want is for the team to lose just so i can be seen as justified in getting this printed on my shirt. Just because i am far from convinced about Agar's ability does not mean i am not behind the team 100%. I don't know why some people find that so hard to grasp.

Im delighted we're in decent shape. Doesnt stop me looking for continuous improvement though. (coaching been one of them)

That's fair enough. I respect your right to your opinion. But what will it take to stop you wearing the shirt? Will you be wearing it till the end of the season or what (if anything) will change your mind before then?

Pretty much sums it up for me...........still not convinced with Agar but if we keep winning then fair enough...we have won 2 matches that we would have lost earlier......we sit 4th and we havent played that well,Hudds are in free-fall,Bulls shagged without orford and kearney...Leeds coming good...others struggling to put wins together.....put it this way...we hit form and have a good run in and finish 5-8...would we be the "coaches pick" if we are at full-strength

Put it this way, I am happy with the recent turnaround but it will take performances against the so called big teams. When i say performances i dont necessarily mean wins, but players coming out clearly motivated and giving their all for the team.

If that happens i will put the shirt into semi retirement and see how things pan out.

I'd guess this may happen to Bradford.
