Just watched the hightlights of Wigan and Quins on the superleague website, Quins look poor in defence the first half abd Wigan broke tem many times.

The 2nd half was a diffrent story they looked very dangerous ball in hand, when they made a break, the back play was superb (something we could learn from).

Keep an eye on Dorn, take no dummy and close his space down he scored 2 good tries from spotting gaps and going through them against Wigan.

Also kick high to their wingers, Penny and Sharp both poor under the high ball. I would love to see Briscoe run at Penny.

BJB out for them is a big blow very good attcking FB and will meaning switching their team about.

What about Wire, Bradford and Hudds?

Whether he plays centre or 6 he will defending in roughly the same position. He has defended better at 6 than at centre, Leeds seemed to be a one off for him tbh, the rest ofnthe time he has defended quite well.

Turner isnt ready to play 6 yet imo. Washy and Horne are a far better option.

Turner might not even make the squad will he if he was concussed at the weekend?

Theyre a better option than playing Turner there. I didnt say they were good!

Turner has done nothing this season to show me he can play 6 other than throw at least 5 or 6 murder balls.

If he plays it should be in the centres for now but defensively he is weak and attacking wise he doesnt have the ability to pass.

as a 'partnership' horne and turner play much better than horne/washy.

Washy has not done anything either to show he can play there, some of his passing has been woeful to say the least.
Turner may not be a 6 but the fact is that the Horne/Turner partnership works better than the Horne/Washbrook partnership. It also seems to bring the best out of Horne, whether that was just because he hit a rich vein of form (no pun intentded) or down to the partnership is unknown for now. Plus with them playing those positions against Quins earlier this season they will know more about them than Washy will.
The discussion could be irrelevant depending on whether he is fit to play or not.

No more then usual! It must be all the hard work we put in in the gym!!

We will be beaten by a Quins side gaining in confidence and fielding a decent halfback partnership.

IMO ogre has been a stand out performer all season with his enthusiasm, leadership, work-rate and go forward. Would love to see him and Sam Moa have an extended run in the side because I think few defences would be able to deal with them both, especially with Manu also on the field.

Personally I think Washy has shown more at 6 then Turner, but Washy should be at 13 anyway as it's where he produces his best stuff.

he will be playing with yeamen and radders to return aswell, fitzy and tickle are major doubts with fitzy most likely to play,longy wont be playing,calders is still 2 week away.
