They couldn't even fill the shoitehole when the bigger teams played there, so when Celtic, Wakey and Quins arrive with 20 fans each, Mr Hudgell will have to re-adjust his figures again.

They've never had the support in the first place, so why would people go now? It's certainly not to see the big name stars or sit in a state-of-the-art stadium.

How they gonna find £2.2m to pay creditors next year?

The thing is theyre gonna have to spend £450k of their own money that they havent got to build the east stand extention which will only put £200k in the bank per season IF FULL. Then theyve got a near four million pound debt to service which will only increase if theyre still losing £250K a season. The future looks very very bleak over on the east side and if they went under id absolutely p155 myself with glee.

If they go under we would not benefit from selling out the stadium at least once a season. It would in effect take off at least 10,000 from our seasonal average. It is all very well having a laugh at their expense but if it affects us in the long run i dont find it a laughing matter.

Just think our average gate is 13k there or thereabouts. We play them we get 23k (varies a bit due to seating etc) so that is roughly 10,000 on top of an average crowd 10k x £20 (average price) =£200,000
It is a lot of money to be dropping for the annual accounts each year.
If we then draw them in the cup or the play offs that will then be another sell out without a doubt and thats an even bigger bonus.

So before laughing at our poorer neighbours and hoping they crumble just think on.
