I kind of agree he doesnt deserve all the flak as other players have performed just as bad as him this season yet he gets it rather than them.

But TBF the flak what he does get is nothing compared to what football players/managers/referees get some get death threats etc so it shouldnt affect him too much as i imagine it wont be anywhere near that scale

So that allows open season on him does it but players are exempt ? FWIW I think pro Coaches and Players should be open to scrutiny with regard to their professional performance. That would include Thorman and Agar.

Have to agree,but unfortunatly being a coach /manager puts you in the direct firing line.I don`t know Agar personaly,he seems a nice bloke,but when we pay good money,and are not getting the goods I feel we have a right to complain.

I agree too but the same can be applied to Thorman. Players and coaches alike for me.

That and the fact we still have an inability to stop leaking points since game one of this season.

Facts are yes we have a poor team, with too many average players but we also have a very poor coaching set up. I we had quality one way or another we'd get away with it like we have in the past few years.

Sad fact is we have now no real quality in terms of team or coach which all adds up to what we are now witnessing.

And he could end all that pain with a simple letter to the baord

They're happy to take the plaudits when things are going well so they have to accept flak. If they can't stand the heat they should stay out of the kitchen

I booed when Thormans name was read out and at the end. Not booing at Thorman himself as its not his fault hes crap, but the decision to drop Lee for someone who is gash, and then at the end when it was clearly not justified bringing Thorman back. Unless Thorman got shorter, wore a wig and changed his name to Pat Smith, its not as if he played in the reserves at Rovers to try and earned his place back

The 2 bombs he dropped were brilliant kicks and I bet most FBs would have had trouble with them. That being said Thorman should never have been in the side in the first place. I seem to remember saying as soon as we announced his signing that it was a bad signing and we should have just stuck with Webster for a season.

You and I both, you can't blame Thorman for being useless, he's never been anything other!

Our defence is something that has always been brilliant yet this season we look terrible and un-organised. I'd like to see how Jon Sharp will keep his job.
