His kicking game is a damn sight better than ours though.

Since we have the worst kicking game in the world, that's not much of a recommendation.



Thorman has a decent kicking game, but nothing that special IMO. Just hope people aren't expecting too much and then get on his back. As usual.

Ironic I suppose. I just get frustrated when people are never happier than having a pop at the club they love with no real foundation.

I'm entitled to my opinion, fair enough on Maloney, my comment still stands, recruiting average (and that is being kind) players into a below average squad is pointless. Crocker and Berrigan are both stars, but there's nobody else shining in the squad at the moment.

Our only hope is that Yeaman, Raynor, King, Thack's, Tony and Horne all find the absolute top form that we have witnessed in previous seasons.

I feel the odd man out here, I feel quite confident Thorman and Calderwood will do alright for us next season.

And as I have always done, I'll admit it if I am proven wrong.

Thorman has a similar kicking game to Horne, he has a dangerous short kicking game like Horne does but his long range kicking game (what we lack) is not that effective.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

How will you be able to assess whether they are average or not if you don't go to the games? We're rarely on Sky and you rate few people's opinions on here.

Just been watching some games form 2006 and Horne was excellent. Just don't think thorman is in the same class or has the organisational skills we desperately need

Possibly the same way as me.

I was a passholder last season and was annoyed at what I got for my money. Lack of effort more than results got to me and it got to the point where I really wasn't enjoying going to rugby anymore.

This season i'll go when I feel im getting value for money.

If the club produces then they will get more money out of me as its more expensive paying on the day.

If they don't they lose out and I save money on not buying a pass.
