Well said mate,totaly agree,hes no world beater but like you say say hes put his hand up to help out so good on him.

He will give us a bit of strength up the middle and will be able to do as long as Mika or Paea. We need him to tough it out for us and take the sting out of the big guys. He will tackle til his lungs burst and we will need that if Green makes his timely boost 3 days ahead of medical advice (acording to CS).

I might be wrong but there are few if any people "slating" Radders as far as I can see.

If Martin's out I'd put Horne to centre, Ellis can play stand off and his kicking will help us tire out the bigger rovers forwards

Dont forget guys theres adifference between been fit and been match fit. He may struggle big time with the speed if the game but if theres no one coming through then not alot of choice.

The ones coming thru are being used/or are injured that's why he's been called up!!

Whatever team Gentle picks and its best to know what he has to play with a few days before i have faith his game plan will work.

I'm also cheesed off with those people slating radders. He may not be match fit but If the guy is putting his hand up to play and help out the team then he deserves our support and respect for putting his body on the line once more and not people calling him. And against rovers what more incentive do you need to put in a big performance.

Read this forum for a few years now and have always found you to either belittle other members or just sit on the fence, your ar$e must be full of splinters.
As a relatively new poster I didn't come on here to fall out with anyone but enjoy debate and express opinion.
If you actually read the thread there are at least 3 or 4 posters less than happy which is there prerogative.

Only on poster has come close to slating Radford. A couple of others have expressed doubts about how effective he'll be - hardly unreasonable. Personally I hope he has a stormer, although given his own comments following his testimonial it's likely to be short bursts. He'll certainly give it everything he's got.

The Radford news is 1 of those things that you actually have to laugh at, its that bad its funny.

I agree with you on the last bit but its not worth what's coming out of the club putting you in a bad mood and falling out with other supporters, we will make the most out of a bad situation of that I have no doubt unlike for the last few years I would fear the worst.

You make a good point, we played with a lot of inexperience on friday against a decent Bully side, however Gentle got his interchanges spot on and we got the spoils, I have confidence he will get it right again.

We need to be united. The team under Gentle is united we just need to trust in the men at the top. It may not be enough this time but this is just a couple of games in the bigger scope of things and when you consider what we have endured seasons of well.... Come on you Hullllllaaaa...

Agree with that. In some ways I'm approaching this game with less dread than any other Derby in the last several seasons because win or lose I'm confident we'll make a good fist of it.

Exactly right win lose or draw I'm confident we will give everything we have and I will take pride in that such is the massive strides this club has taken since the old regime and coach left.
And whilst radders playing isn't anyone's first choice he is a better option then some untried youngster at this level.
