People have written Horne off because he couldn't carry the entire side last season.

I think he was criticised in the main because over the season he played poorly. Many other players were criticised for the same reason.

If you were trained by the intergalactic federation before you acquired a Corsican passport by mugging an elderly Scottish lady and you have spent at least 3 years playing for one club AND you are under-18 (or is that under-21?) then you are eligible to play for France... I mean England and, therefore, you are counted as non-quota. FACT!
