Regarding hospital passes, Horne is culpable also, his passing speed for a HB ,is IMO , one of the slowest I've ever seen.

Where do we go from here? , I cant see Radford/Tony plucking a 6 or 7 from the NRL,who can control a game.

I've got nothing against Horne but let's not forget his failings this season e.g couldn't unlock widnes defence in 80 minutes.

The way I see it is that Horne isn't going to improve, Miller will given the game time - let's give the lad a proper run. And I don't buy all this singling him and crooks out for defensive mistakes - last season our defence was awesome at times with both miller and crooks playing because we defended better as a team.

I thought Miller (and Rankin) both went ok on Thursday. Looking back it was their combination that ended up with Shaul getting held up over the line, which was the first time they figured out Rovers' "rush" defence on the edges. Why they weren't allowed to continue to exploit that together and Horne was brought on I don't know

We unlocked the widnes defence at least 6 times but our execution was poor on the night (it was ing it down but still inexcusable)

All I've seen so far is;
Radders will always favour his mates (Yeamo and Horne) and won't drop them even in the poorest of performances but sends others to Donny for not being as bad.
He seems intent on spending the valuable remains of our salary cap on rubbish like Colbon!!

The problem I have with Miller is that he must be coming up to 20 games now for us yet I've not seen an improvement since his debut at cas and unfortunately we can't carry a player in such an important position

I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm not a fan of Radford as coach. However...

Horne has done nothing worthy of being dropped so far, and if he was that big of a mate with Radford then he would have started in the halves on Thursday and not on the bench.

Yeaman did get dropped. However, our injury situation right now means we have little choice but to play him.

Yeaman had the famous mare game against Widnes and was subbed however apart from that he's been the most consistent centre this year. That's not saying a huge amount but nonetheless not a current candidate to be dropped IMO.

Always been a fan of Yeaman but he was appauling on thursday night apart from that one run. Really showed how far hes gone downhill imo and needs dropping. The only chance he should get near the team should be in a Delaney style back row forward. Crooks has to come back in

Whoever it was though deserves credit, he's a decent larker, not as good as Briscoe etc. but decent enough.

I agree looks like the new scapegoat is Miller. He just never got the time and space in the game because the forwards were getting out muscled. Saying that I still don't think Radford knows what his best team is yet.

Miller may not be the answer but we'll never know if he isn't given a fair crack of the whip and is dropped because of the failings of our forwards. If Radford has no faith in Miller then I hope he's looking for a new half back for next season now and not planning to make do with Horne until Tyson-Wilson is ready.

The Dons hopeful they will get 4 from Hull this week , assuming that will be Pitts ,Arrundel, Crookes & Kent !

What also gets me is the fact we dont have a goal kicker yet a couple of months ago we could have gone for jamie foster instead of colbon, colbon done nowt wrong by the way i think he has held his own, however im sure people get my drift

Colbon is worse than Foster and people slagged the idea of signing Foster off.

Foster is no better then Lineham or Talanoa & there's no chance he would come here to play back up to them 2. If we'd signed him & made him our kicker it means he'd be playing instead of better players purely because he can kick goals. Would have been a stupid signing.

Don't want Thompson at centre. I know he's played there before but leave him in the forwards. Rather put Horne there.
