I wouldn't say it was over because of those 2, I think we've lost the ability to beat anybody because of the loss of McKinnon.

I like Eamon, but I'm not that bothered about Ellis. The problem we now have though is that there is a serious lack of numbers in the squad next year, we're short on props, and the only player we have we intend on playing in the halves is Seymour, without any cover at all.

It is only early so I'm not too concerned, and there's a lot of work still to do this season.

As I have said on here previously, we have won a absolutely nothing over the last 6 years, and at times have looked a million miles away from winning something. So I don't understand the big outcry that we are losing some of the players that have been in the squad during this 'era' of winning nothing.

Had the form and promise of the Leeds game continued over the last few weeks, I would have been inclined to have kept most of the current squad and hope that we could add a couple of quality additions and go from there.

Instead the players have put in their weakest performances of the season, and shown exactly why some of them should be heading for the Exit door.

Great post. All hinges on incoming quality though. Also, I expect the bulk of the squad to be working hard and putting loads of effort in. Pearson said there'd be no repeat of the Leeds play-off shambles while he was in charge but frankly the last three games are up there.

With omealy moa Manu ocarroll and I reckon tickle going , to be replaced by watts ellis and if rumoured to be true pea lovegrove and nrl prop coming in I think we look better of in the forwards next season . Ok Manu a big loss but if the rumoured are true and kite / Galloway is one of them were better of . Decent half with McDonnell and we look very good .

Kite maybe, older player with one year left on his Manly deal, might want to extend his career.

Galloway's a top player mate, he could demand a very good wage in the NRL.

Kite's a good player, had a bit of a dip 2009/10 but is back to his best.
