Very good point....however Agar told Radio Humberside in the after match interview Tansey was dropped for discipline reasons, so does that not make it 3 times he has broken the rules, it does not have to be the same rule on all 3 occasions it could be 3 different rules. |

Because his meeting was not whilst Tuesday, it was then the investigation would have started, interviews etc...and until all the information is available a decision cannot be reached . Monday will already have been arranged/booked before Tansey did what he did. |

They could always have held the disciplinary meeting before Monday evening. As I understand it the incident in question took place the previous Monday. |

also i suppose if tanseys sponsor was there then things would of had to go ahead as n ormal,not cheap to sponsor a player is it. |

Correct..Agar will have been interviewed the same as Tansey and any-one else involved, then whoever (I reckon Rule) will make the decision, then his right of appeal would maybe go to Kath, just my guess though  |

He was sat on the table behind me and didnt look very comfortable been there tbh
costs about £2500 to sponsor the top players.
not sure about lesser players,reece,jack biscoe and nicklas were on my table as the roy waudby foundation sponsor all 3 of them. |

I find it mildy amusing people here are saying he should be sacked when you don't know what the discipline procedure is within the club nor what the breaches are. It isn't as straightforward as some are suggesting that Tansey be dismissed without almost any hesitation. No-one here knows whether his last discipline put him on a final written, nor if this breach was of a type that leads to a summary dismissal. Not only will any investigation have to be thorough and fair but the procedure needs to be followed implicitly otherwise wrongful dismisal could be pursued.
To suggest the club is waiting on other outcomes re players as to whether they dismiss Tansey is to my mind nonsense. If the breach would ordinarily mean he would be dismissed then no other outside influence would make any difference otherwise you are setting a very dangerous precedence and make a mockery of the discipline procedure.

1. The club's disciplinary procedure will be the same standard procedure followed by all well-run businesses
2. He was on a final written warning from last time
3. The latest breach of discipline was of a similar nature to his previous breaches
4. Waiting on outcomes re other players may be nonsense and may set a dangerous precedent but that doesn't mean its impossible that it is taking place. |
