Everytime I hear this guy speak or read an interview he just amazes me, if 10% of his professionism rubs off on the other players then its going to improve the club no end from where we have been at.

Its great to hear how he believes players should act and conduct themselves and its going to be a breath of fresh air for the club and a big shock to some of our players but all for the better.
