We lack a big prop, a strike centre and obviously a scrum half. I can't believe that I have defended Seymour to some extent for a while because tonight was embarrassing. That has to be his last game, he might as well book his flight home now.
As for Gentle, he has certainly got to start to deliver soon and some of his signings are starting to look very average indeed. Moa and Manu are badly missed and Arundel doesn't look capable of even replacing Turner which is a feat in itself. |

Whilst Uncle Kaff & Co. would have been happy to scrape into the top 8 each year, I can't see Pearson being satisfied with anything other than pushing for top 4. Not much chance of that on tonights performance.

I don't think a new coach is what we need at this point, and I am willing to give Gentle longer to sort it out.
bringing in a new coach would mean another year/year & a half of 'transition' and we've been there too many times over the last few years. |

That's what I mean, genuinely think he is by far the best SH in the league only rivalled by Scott Durea(s?). He is that good, you'd have Wigan, saints and even possibly Leeds after him. Dread the thought tbh |

Don't think Gentle's job is in danger just yet, and neither should it be. I would like to see that he's taken steps to address some of the issues in our performances before next week, however.
Seymour, Arundel and Galea must be dropped as an absolute minimum. I'd be tempted to add Yeaman to that list as well.

Both Cookes & Green were carrying knocks and we had fully fit players so that is why we swapped them, good on Gentle for sticking to his gun about not playing players not 100% fit.
Yes it didnt work but we the fans have been moaning about playing not fit players for years.

An honest question, how long is Gentle contracted for,? paying him off early could be an expensive option, plus, who would you get in to replace him at this point in the season?.
Top available coaches are not exactly in abbundance at the moment.
