some sites are saying its out on 16th april now it just keeps getting delayed even more im not sure it will even come out in the UK.

Realise it'll never happen, but just imagine how (potentially) awesome an EA Sports RL game would be.

Thought the couple they did in the 90's were superb - simple but addictive gameplay.

I'd hope the delay is the fact that the aussies are trialing it and they'll make amendments by the time it's launched here but i doubt it very much.

Maybe a few late roster amendments e.g. The King of Kings:

Out - Cooke

In - Clinton
- Prince?
- Lockyer?
- Mason?

It's using the 2009 rosters.

I read that there was a career mode and a franchise mode both like Madden. Fingers crossed it does because in career mode i'd be a 7 at FC and stroll into the scrum half role above Thorman, in franchise mode i'd sell him off straigh away!!

Heard plenty about RL manager games actually but never taken the plunge with one for some reason.

I had many a late night over that game !!.

. What ever happened to the RL manager game for the pc what was supposed to be coming out ?

The version i have is the UK release version as it starts with Sl highlights as opposed to the AUS version that starts with NRL highlights.

I have it on preorder as well but was like a kid before xmas and the chance to get it early was too much to resist



The game itself isn't bad the teams are all 2009 (Hull with Lee/Thacks/Cordoba etc etc) but a few people are working on updating the teams and a game save will be on the net soon which you will be able to download and isntantly have all teams Nrl/Super league etc up to date.

Easier on the controller as opposed to the wiimote or wiimote/nunchuck combo but with a bit of practice it is much more fun with the wiimote/nunchuck combo.

Sorry to say, but nothing will ever match Jonah Lomu Rugby for game play IMO.

I've seen Game in St Stephens advertising it, might be worth calling them as I know stocks were limited. Blockbuster games also said they'd be stocking it.

It is all down to Alternative Software having poor distribution. No wonder people pirate games when they get them so far in advance of legitimate customers.
