they haven't opened the full ground yet though, West Upper and West Lower between the tunnel and the North stand is still closed. So at a guess only about 12/13k tickets are on sale at present.

Don't understand anybody interested in RL in Hull area not wanting to attend this game, I'm in need of a rugby fix, going to this game and the final, may yet take one in at CP.
I know times are hard but DANCE promo gets you in North or South for £7.50 and East for £10.00 that is bargain basement and cheap family entertainment. DANCE promo is still working as I've just tried it but could end at any time.
I'm expecting HULLFC promo code will run up until a week before the game - 30% off with that so £10.50 N/S & £14.00 E

Last update at Bristol was 1,300 sold, but that was a couple of weeks back. If they can get 5K for a mid-week game, for the weakest game in the tournament, then I think they've done well.

It looks like 16,000 or so have been sold for that now and I'd expect it to be pushing towards capacity by game day.

positive news, I think the Huddersfield sell-out has woken people up and made them realise that you will struggle to pay on the day for games like this. |

Slighty O/T I know but anyone going to the England V Ireland game. Have you got your tickets yet? Booked in April and have tickets for the other game I booked but not these. Should I be worried? Trying to ring the RLWC customer services all morning but absolutely hopeless - don't answer or I am instantly cut off.

Really can't wait for the World Cup! But out of all the teams I'm going be seeing over the next weeks, England has to be one I am least looking forward to.
Brough not playing is a major blow, but then McNamara insists that the best player to play at 7 is Sinfield!! Over Matty Smith who won the CC (and LT trophy) and was one of Wigans biggest assets this year including the GF!
Think Fiji could surprise England. Got some fantastic backs and some big forwards.

Think Donny deserved one of the games Craven Park got, and I say that even though Hull is my hometown. Sheffield are Championship champions, and South Yorkshire should have had one game IMO. |

Workington has 2 Scotland games, but IIRC one was meant to be at Whitehaven, but they didn't get the funds to improve their ground so it was moved. |
