That sounds about right, far more plausible than Featherstone agreeing to buy them, coming to look at them before agreeing, and then making an agreement to take them later when they become available. That would be pure fantasy.

I might try biting one on Sunday to see it they are steel or cardboard.

Featherstone have bought our current/old ones apparently.

Twilight ends = 21:59

But at what point in time do rovers expect to have new lights in place?
