Sounds like Childs was his usual self, he seems to get on a roll and batter one team. His calls are usually right in respect they're penalties but he seems to be more lenient with the dominant team at that time and consistently help the other team self destruct. We've had him 3 times IIRC and he's mullered us twice, 3 sendings off. I said before this weeks game it's coming to something when your crossing your fingers you get silverwood!!!

Precisely so lets look at the facts, we are currently 4th which is a massive improvement on where we where last year at this time. Therefore Agar has improved us and is doing a decent job.

The facts are we have better players and fewer injuries. Speculation is agar may have a hand in the improvement

On that basis, given the e players and injury issues of the last 2 years, Agar has been unfairly pilloried in 2008/2009.

Better players - again praise for the coach and his recruitment plan!!

I never heard your lot complaining first half when Child gave you absolutely everything, fortunately his arm only pointed one way and it was our turn second half. He was garbage for both sides and again it shows how poor the standard is across the board.
As for the game Child didn't win it for you, your big guys seemed to gradually run out of steam second half whereas we looked much fitter back end of game.

You are having a laugh surely? Childs gave you everything 1st half and not 1 Hull fan was complaining but suprise suprise when things started to go against Hull the worm turned and decided it was the Giants day.

To summarise the game, Hull started like a house on fire and found themselves 18-6 up at halftime, the Giants fans booed the ref off after some very debateable decisions, Second half the Giants came out, ground Hull down, again some debateable decisions this time favouring the Giants, but Hull ran out of steam the Giants played some good attacking rugby and got the defence sorted, nilling Hull in the 2nd half and deserving the win overall after some good RL.

1st half penalty count was 7-3 or 7-4 in our favour, hardly giving us everything. 2nd half was 9 - 0 in your favour. No wonder you looked fitter!
