If so then surely Cas are taking a big risk playing hard ball with Hull regarding Chase as I would have thought that even if Chase stays at Cas he will still have a problem renewing his visa even for employment with Cas due to his conviction? So could be quite expensive for both him & Cas if he stays put???

If we was planning on keeping O'Meley he'd have been signed a lot earlier IMO. He was in paper the other week saying he had nothing sorted and we'd not even spoke to him about him staying. Doesn't sound like he was first choice for 2013 to me.
