I'm glad he's gone for Lynne these are the games that he should be getting some game time in, it maybe a good time to give Briscoe another go in the centre incase we need to use him there later in the season.

While I agree with you on the 17 I can't understand the benefit of having Washy in it.

For defence in the middle of the pitch. We are light on props so expect a back rower or 2 to move up to prop at some point in the game (Tickle and Fitz). Washys defence is strong.

Then he'll have to start at 13, I don't see the point in asking tickle or fitz to do the 80 and play separate roles.

Just get the 17 balanced.

Depends on how the game is unfolding I would imagine but expect only Westerman to play the full 80 from our pack, maybe Fitz.

It's true you have to play what you see but going into a game thinking fitz or tickle can do 40 in the back row and 25 at prop is ludicrous.

If were playing a four prop or three prop system then play four or three props.

I know what you are saying but can you see Lauaki playing enough minutes to play a 3 prop system?

Tickle certainly played a stint at prop last week after starting in the second row but i suppose injuries forced our hand then.

No I can't see lauaki playing 60 mins so we should keep the four prop system.

Lauaki needs to play 40 minutes and so does Moa (if he's playing at all).

If he's going to play that role I'd rather put Turner on the bench tbh.

Probably my suspicious mind but he seems to be have been treated quite poorly this season in terms of game time so I'm just wondering if something else is going on?
