Well, I certainly didn't hear it here first. This one has been going round for over a month, along with the Bosc rumour.
If I've learnt anything from the past is that the rumours are often wrong and the signing is usually one that comes completely out of left field. |

Quota doesn't really exist anymore. It is now 'home grown' which is contracted to your club for 3 years under the age of 21, 'federation trained' which is contracted to a british (or french i think) club for 3 years under the age of 21 and 'non federation' which is everyone else. All clubs have to have a minimum number of home grown and a maximum number of non federation players.

Players such as Richards are excempt to avoid any legal challenges (threatened by a bulls player www.rleague.com/db/article.php?id=30697) as his contract was signed before the rules came in place.
