As much as I enjoyed watching us beat the dobbins, I have to say that my perfect day would include a chocolate fondue, a couple of bottles of champers and 18 year old scandanavian twin sisters

Did you notice how, as the rovers players were waiting to take the drop-out, Cockayne was desperately making sure he didn't look upwards towards the South Stand

. The merest sidewards glimpse our way and an avalanche of abuse would have fell on his head

.

As for the perfect day bit, it would be but I've just started a 12 hour night shift. Still, I can watch it all over again when I rise from the pit tomorrow

Great day and had a pattie with my fish and chips before returning to pattieless Staffordshire. Fantastic.

Drove to Hull for the game so no drinking. Had 3/4 beers at the inlaws BBQ and then came home and watched the game again and the Saints game.

Came back from lloret and got home home with the kids at about 10.30pm on the thursday after a fantastic trip that was only spoilt by the game in france.Watched a the recording of a poor Leeds v Bradford game whilst pretty shattered. Then went to bed.

Got up early doors and had to pop for some fresh milk and saw the HDM headlines which I happily purchased and couldn't believe all that had gone on whilst being away. Next was a Starbucks latte from my new Tassimo machine, Then time to getting to west park and help with the running of the cubs at play U5's tournament. Then it was time to take the players on a lap of honour round the pitch in which to be fair despite me wearing my FC shirt I never got 1 bit of abuse for the north stand just claps and cheers.Then it was time to take my seat in the east with my wife and kids my daughter(3) was enjoying her second derby day outing.The atmosphere was fantastic and she is now as I write banging together her thunder sticks and singing FC. after the game they headed to a kids party and I got chance for my first beer of the day with family and good friends which lasted until about 9 on Princes ave.Then Taxi home to see the wife and Watch the first half of the game again with a hotpot. I fell asleep on the sofa a very happy man. Amen for the FC . Now time to watch the second half and get ready for a freebie pictures event at Vue through Sky.Great memories for those bad days

i watched the game in a bar in playa blanca,lanzarote i was amazed how long the dobbins hung on for in a really one sided match some of it luck some gritty defence.karma time now though ive just woke up to wind & rain and am now stuck in the hotel foyer.manu ,long and briscoe were superb

The day started around 10.00 with a bacon buttie from the cafe on Chanterlands ave and cup of tea at the daughters. A slow stroll to the Kc to take my usual place in the south stand with friends and family. I was very apprehensive before kick off after the loss in France. Was elated with the result of course. Took a walk to the National for a bite to eat and my 1st Guinness of the day. Ribbed the R&W's that usually give me stick. After a quick change we went to Taman Ria Tropicana for a Malayan nosh up, ending up in the Avenue for another before walking home and getting in around 10.45ish; showered,changed and finished the day with a Disaronno or two. Perfect day as you say Mrs B.
