Whips out his cheque book to pay whom? As far as I can work out Carvell is a free agent. All Bradford are doing is trying to save face. Carvell will be a Hull player.

I wasn't impressed when linked with him early in pre season but I would rather have him in the squad than not at this stage. I feel like most we need beefing up the middle. Keep Miller add Carvell I'd be happy.

Bradford bulls 2014 do hold his registration with the rfl. It was transferred from OK Bulls to Bradford Bulls 2014 along with all the other assets (such as they are) during the admin sale.

All this will take to resolve is a relatively small "undisclosed payment" from Hull FC to Bradford Bulls 2014 for the release of the registration. Hull FC can then brief that the amount was minimal, Bradford can brief that it was substantial, Carvell can play for Hull FC and everyone can move on.

I hope this doesn't drag on much longer, it's becoming a side show distraction that both teams could do without, doubt if he will play Friday unless it's resolved today.

Someone on the Bulls board suggested we paid the Bulls all his wages back in return for his registration. I think this is a fair result and if some rummours are to be believed that'll be pretty much sweet FA.

HDM and T&A are both running stories backing up what I posted yesterday that Luke Gale has opted to stay due to a bigger contract offer.

My question is if this current board only have a temporary licience (28 Days) then won't all contracts again be null and void if this new guy's offer is accepted.

Don't know enough about it but the Bulls have only hit problems when they have gone into administration I think, so this might be different especially if they continued trading as Bulls 2014 Ltd

thought id heard/read it a bit back him and miller are both out and out 7s tho so cant have looked promising for miller even then and with him been in the youth section in your friendlies it does seem he is either not training well or just not in radders 1st team plan. None of us know what really goeson tho do we? well i sure dont. Carvell would be a cracking signing for u guys tho (back on topic ) id be happy to have him with us thats for sure
