I'm not standing up for Standee as I believe he is more than capable of doing that himself however IMHO Standee more often than not contributes to the debates on here sensibley where as ICM just seems intent on the most part of posting for affect and goading.
I'll admit Standee does like to have a moan now and again

ICM responded to one person on this thread, then within 2 pages 12 people had quoted him adding their "opinions" which basically just involved slagging the guy off. He's far from innocent, but over the last few months people have just had a free for all against him. imo.

I could say the same about just about everybody that posts on here.

Opinions being the key word here.....ICM does not have opinions, in his world he is part of the club and expects us all to believe that, if he is challenged about that he actually is the one who starts all the abuse.

The longer this goes on with Agar. I get the feeling that he will keep his job for next season and then be shown the door.
If he does go, I can't see an Aussie coming in, for me it will be Noble.

No he'll be gone at the end of the season i reckon then Noble will replace him and id be happy with that.

Any coach in the league barring Harris and Powell would be atleast a slight improvement on Agar, and Noble is the best British coach there is. But he isn't what we need imo. I agree with JTP he is a 'dinosaur', and i think his style of rugby is much like what we play now. Bring in an Aussie with fresh ideas and let him choose his own back room staff.

I agree with your sentiments, however for me if it was an Aussie I would want one with a proven record, let us be honest the one's who have come across are not all of the same calibre of Tony Smith...Nathan Brown, Morgan, Matterson etc are all decent but the bottom line is they have not won any-thing, Aussie coaches will not guarantee us success.

Personally I agree with Seb I would be happy with Nobby

No coach can guarantee you succes but look at the top 5 teams in the league, all have Aussie coaches and play good rugby.
We can all wish for Daniel Anderson like I wished for months ago but I can't see him coming back over here.
Jason Taylor would be a good choice for coach or how about Graham Murray (if he's still in contact with the game)? His NQC team played some great rugby.
I think we should be after peter Gentle atleast, must have something about him if he's assistant coach for Australia with Tim Sheens.

Aussie are just better coaches than Brits.
