Totally agree said this in another thread earlier in the week. We are average at best, yet many on here can't see it and still convince themselves that we are a decent side. An ordinary squad coached by a failure who are time and time again outplayed and out thought by the opposition.

I like the way you try and find some positivity of bad situations but to finish 7th isn't any better than 8th.

I think we have some decent players , With a good coach we could be 6 points better off . I think Agar's taken this side as far as he can . The odd big club scalp , Maybe a decent run of games but not much more .

Personally I thought it was a big call to leave Horne at fullback today, we needed him in the halves.

Whiting should have played FB with Sharp/Turner on the wing.

I really dont think Turner is good enough for SL, never mind at HB.

I like Turner but this wasn't the right time for him to play 6 with Longy just coming back from injury, Horne should have been alongside him to help take the pressure off.

Agar has a keen eye for this sort of talent.

Fair assessment. We wont finish higher than last year now so Agar should be shown the door. Not sure he will be mind. He has failed over the time in charge to take us up a notch in consistency. That would have raised us to top 4 status. We play well in patches but just not to a consistent level. Today it seems we defended OK - 17 points against is more than acceptable - but we didn't have enough in attack. I was more disappointed against Hudds tbh, as that was a home game we should and could have won but for a slack lackadaisical approach to some of the basics of the game. Not good enough and never will be to get to that top 4 level.

Worrying thing is i'm not impressed with next tears signings either, i'm willing as always to give them a chance though.
From a young local squad he has made us an old squad of players, our pack will need a massive revamp over the next few years. I think he is buying experience because he does not have the experience or knowledge himself.

Lowest position I would have accepted was 6th with a playoff win and a cup run. He rightly got given time this season as he improved us last season but this season we have not even stood still we have gone backwards.

Very easily. And that will be wrong IMO - this squad should be improving not going backwards as we have these last 2 games.

Mate...as good as my seat is(when i sit there) that will really really test my loyalty.

Only way I see him going is if we finish outside the 8 and lose to Leeds in the cup.

I hate to say it but hope that happens.

Think we need to finish 10th or below to have a chance of getting rid of him.
