Right, so aside from the fit out, land cost, planning costs, other assorted professional fees and based on construction prices from 10 years ago you could get just under 2 stadiums. Facts indeed.

Just got to cinema on kingswood, on the way over the bridge from Dunswell Road noticed about 30-40 taxi drivers stopped on bridge and had all got out of their cars. Most of them had Hull shirts on. Is this somekind of protest. Maybe they are refusing to move until Agar is sacked
