(lee) Morning Again Faithful...Just to confirm that the planned protest for today has been suspended until further notice. This is due to the club seeking legal advice and after speaking with the relevant authorities we have decided to temporarily postpone the planned peaceful demonstration.
This is not a permanent decision and should the need arise in the future we will look at this once again. I am keen on showing our support at the next SKY live game at the KC but as of yet I am unsure on how to do this without risking anyone getting evicted from the ground or getting into any bother at all so please feel free to post any ideas you guys and girls have.
Also I would just like to thank each and every one of you for being a part of our page and for all your fantastic comments and input! we couldn't do this without the faithful and the many fans of other clubs around the world so thank you all once again on behalf of myself Ian, Vix and Ali

The sooner the council to bring in an independent audit and review of the operations of the SMC the better.
If the stadium really is losing money then tough decisions need to be made. However I have my doubts about these losses.

Not having a go at you Milky Bar, but I would question as to what principle Allam thinks there is here. The principle of changing something would mutual agreement to suit yourself?
Regarding the £500k losses, perhaps he should look at his own business practice. The losses have only ever occurred during his watch. |

Indeed he did. Interesting in view of Burnsy's understanding that the clause remains in place.
Ehab challenged Hull FC to waive the confidentiality clause. Not down to Hull to do that - down to the Allans to present them with a watertight legal document assuring Hull that the ALLAMS have lifted the clause.
A cynic could think this a thinly disguised attempt to entice Hull into acting without authorisation leaving themselves wide open to expulsion. Like the kid in the playground telling the other kid it's safe to come out now, them splattering him with a left hander when he does. |

Both Hull FC and Hull City were told they could buy as many or as few of the 36 sites, costing £300 each for the year.
Other areas of the stadium were also offered, including the front west stand entrance facade at £25,000 a season, and reception displays at £6,000 a season.
Aware he and his father were already viewed with some distrust by the FC faithful, Mr Allam insists they deliberately gave the rugby club the first options.
"This is a new charge, but it is consistent to both clubs," Mr Allam said.
"People have asked why, but quite simply we have had to raise extra revenue because of the SMC losses.
"We were aware of the risk of Hull FC fans thinking there is a bias to the football club, so we were very cautious and informed the rugby club well in advance.
"They were aware of this as early as July last year, and the external branding was offered to Hull FC before it was offered to Hull City, as was the reception.
"Because they declined, it was then offered to the Tigers at the same rate. They took up the offer of the entrance, which now has the big Tigers eyes, the reception, and 36 sites.'" Translation....
If Hull FC are stupid enough to take up the whole offer then we'll be £41,800 a year better off.
If they refuse, it'll cost me nothing to fill the KC with Hull City memorabilia. |
