We've got Benji Marshall for next year! Sammut and Marshall for next year together, Awesome! Great signing Sammut he's only 23, hopefully he's on a lengthy contract, will do damage in Super League playing for the mighty Black and Whites! I'm just hoping on the Benji Marshall bit, would be nice though! would like to see a decent Prop signed now, i'm happy with Moa and O'Meley but don't think anything else we have to offer will really worry many teams!

i deffo think sammut is worth a year to prove himself, id still want the club to invest in a another young halfback like moore with the option of dual register him back out and hopefully nicklas can progress aswell. also with sammut hes played a bit at fullback aswell so he would give us that option, the 1 thing i dont want tho is the club offer silly money at him more then what hes worth

Thats 120k a Year, How much you think he's on at crusaders? i'l be amazed if hes on more than 60k 70k, don't need to go mad, i'm sure he'd much rather be playing at Hull just for the much better facilities

no i mean i woundt give the kid 240k over 2 years thats stupid, id give him a 1 year deal so he can prove his worth for another deal bit like moa did and i would assume he wont be on loads at crusaders 50-60k at most yeh lets give him 240k over 2 years becasue weve got it

What I do know is in the nrl the minimum wage is 50k and 4k per match.
