I did exactly the same as you, i think we got lucky because the place only opened last month so most people would already have stuff booked by then. Looks a cracking little place though and as you say within spitting distance from the ground. |

I've been looking on the net butI can't find anything. On an Irish Munster RU site there was reference to a bar being nearby in the park that they used as their official pub, but it didn't give the proper name for it.....?
Anyone got any ideas? |

|  I've just realised that the kick off time for the match is 21:15. That means anyone wanting to catch a train back to Perpignan and the surrounding areas will have to leave the game early or they will miss the last train. |

'" Was staying in sete too but as soon as i saw the kick off time i thought no chance, the last train is around half 10 i think. Try the campanile in Narbonne, one of the few hotels that are left and you may have a chance of the train or even have a word with Dave Foti as it is on the way to Perpignan. |

Hopefully they may put all the Hull fans together at Beziers, dosen't help the atmosphere at Perps when the fans are in 3 different areas of the ground.
Bearing in mind that something like a million people visit the Feria festival, we'll be playing safe and buying out tickets from FC. Not that an 18,000 capacity stadium is going to sell out, but I'm not going to travel a 1,000 miles and leave the slightest risk to chance
Our season may be over but still looking forward to 5 fantastic days & nights in the south of France  
We're staying in Beziers for the full 5 days

I rang the club and asked them why they advised all fans to stay in Perpignan and get the train, when the game was always going to kick off at this time.
They said it was down to Catalan. I told them of our problem with the last train to leave Besiers at 10.55pm. But i still got no useful help off them.
There are 8 of us staying in Perpignan. all we are going to do is get the train there and get a taxi back. maybe you could do that to where you are staying, if there is enough of you it wont be too bad |

The problem with driving to Beziers is, it's a nightmare to park at the best of time never mind during the festival. 
I also do not want to drive in France, My idea of a holiday is NOT to drive at all.

There's only the 2 of us. Also the last train leaving Beziers to Perpignan is 21:56.
I got this reply from trip advisor:
'It's 34 miles, so a taxi would cost a fortune assuming you could even get one.
15th August is a public holiday, which generally in France means that taxis, buses and trains are even rarer than a usual Saturday night'
My other plan was to go to a night club and then get the 1st train in the morning but that's 06:00
FFS!! This could only happen in Rugby League. |
