Anybody catch Pointless last night? Question about naming Super League RL teams. Rovers were known by 14(out of 100) but we were known by more. So we are officially more well known than our poorer neighbours

Chris and I have discussed Pointless on twitter.

It's the best quiz or game show on TV - far better than the self-important twaddle of Deal or No Deal, for example. Alexander Armstrong and Richard Osman are great presenters. I have it on series link and am a little behind so I've not seen the one with the Super League question yet.

Also on TV, enjoyed the return of Blue Bloods on Sky Atlantic this week and looking forward to season two of Boardwalk Empire which starts tonight.

Terra Nova also made a very good start this week on Sky one !

Correct decisions so far for me. Thought Craig was the best performance last night. Mischa is quite annoying - can't see her winning by growling through another 12 weeks.

Agree...I liked her voice only 16 yrs as well, I reckon she will be back next year.
I think/hope Janet will win, I adore her voice she is so unassuming.

Inexplicably I'm watching Downton Abbey now. I have to watch it simply because I can't believe how sloooooow the storylines are. Someone at work asked me what had happened in the 90 minute long episode and my synopsis was that someone had dropped some spoons at dinner and a chubby bloke had gone to work in a pub. Apparently there have been complaints the pace is too fast.

I have never seen Downtown Abbey, it get's good reviews so I have put the box sets series on my xmas list...
Thinking the odd lazy day, PJ's, chocolate etc..smash a series in.
