I doubt we'll "get rid" but he may get better offers elsewhere. I'd be surprised if he leaves. Can't see him going to another SL club and he need another year or 2 under his belt before going to the NRL IMO

I've seen Long on a pay-as-you-play deal suggested a few times, but how would that work with the live cap? Presumably we'd have to leave enough cap space free to pay him in case he played in all games?
TBH it's probably academic anyway - his body has got no rugby left in it, so we should just accept that and plan for next season without him.
