Watts and Lynch were outstanding and I hope we carry on with that offloading game because they couldn't live with it at all.

Chris Green showed up well. A couple of harsh penalties against him but he was very strong in the tackle. O'Hara ran at him early on and Green just stood his ground and stopped him dead. A bit of gym work in the winter and he could have a good 2013.

Lineham looked like Briscoe 2. Very quick and very strong. Real good workrate too.

Laithewaite's try was never a try, Horne grounded it when he tried to push it back.

The term 'Pearsonettes' refers to those who believe he can't say or do anything wrong. There isn't that many, but there's a few.
The difference between me criticising players and Pearson, is the fact that my opinion is highly unlikely to de-stabilise a contracted player. Why did he feel the need to come out and slate him? It's unprofessional.
Pearson is the best thing to happen to this club in a long time, but he needs to be a bit more tactful, IMO.

Richard Horne isn't in the same boat though, is he? He's already been told he'll play FB next year. Seymour's basically been told he's out on his ear. Doesn't matter how badly he's playing, coming out and basically saying he ain't good enough and we're going to replace him is harsh, IMO.

Unless of course there are things that we don't know about training/attitude etc. There may not be who knows? According to Willie Manu, Seymour has been playing with an injury for several weeks now. He has dropped off in form recently. We have not had a chance to rest him until now with Houghton and Heremia both available.
