No speculation at all in the HDM, so probably means it's going to happen, with a club announcement taking priority.

He was great at the Bulldogs wasn't he, i remember the fans loved him and gave him an emotional send off. never fit in at wests for several reasons but he could connect with our fans the way kelly did if he starts well. very excited by this signing

by the way was it reynolds who james graham gave up some of his salary so the club could keep him?

Think you're right. Im sure I saw a video/read an article saying Graham was emotional at the end of season awards. He didn't want to leave but felt the club would be better off keeping Reynolds.

Think BH comments tell us what he is as a player and why we’ve gone for him.

Hull FC head coach Brett Hodgson commented: “Josh is an elite player. He builds his game around work-ethic and effort, and that’s what we are after here at the club – he’ll be a real leader for us.”

“He is the sort of player who will bring out the best in the other players around him – the opportunity to see him work together on the field with Marc Sneyd is really exciting. They can complement each other really well with their two different skill-sets; he is a runner of the ball and will find opportunities to attack out of nothing”

“Josh is a passionate guy, and when he sets his sights on what he wants to achieve, he will excel. To have him in Black & White is a really exciting prospect for the club.”

Then JR’s own comments

“I can’t wait to run out there for the club and start the next chapter in my career, I’m really ready to rip in and get started. I’m excited about what the next few years has in store.”

All the above certainly whets the appetite for me and an genuinely hopeful and looking forward to the new season. It feels like this time around we have really gone about things much better. I wonder whether much of this was already on the cards well before the season restarted and then just signed off once SL confirmed details on the coming season.

Got to say I’m pretty pleased so far and look forward to seeing who else BH brings to the club.
