The coach!

It's been a problem for a while, so IMO it's the whole coaching setup rather than just the head coach.

Needs shaking up from top to bottom, not freezing in place for another 2.5 seasons.

The annoying thing is Kosh that (other than a select few) everyone (and I do mean almost every FC fan, those on here, at games and those who no longer go to games because of the dour tactics and lack of general entertainment value) can see that, Last is a decent bloke, as is Crooks, but they have failed between them all to produce a single player of high quality for ten years, that has to be evidence that they are not at the required standard.

We have had a negative influence on far too many young players in the last 5 - 10 years, the whole lot needs changing, but it wont happen.

Doubled with the fact, even if you do have the talent theres no guarantee of getting in the team and staying there as the old favourites will continue to get in front even if their playing poorly over a prolonged period.

I think the criticism of Last is a little harsh, he's produced a lot of youngsters with potential that in my mind hasn't been harnessed by the 1st team set up. In his 5/6 years in charge of the reserves they have reached 3 finals and won 2 of them. That's not a bad record and must surely indicate that he has created teams/players with some talent. As for Crooks I honestly don't really know what he does.

I prefer Westerman to Washbrook aswell but since Washbrook is already signed up it would be pointless signing another similar player.

Not to sure I would be interested in any of them, none of them for me offer much. I know Washbrook had an admirer in Justin a few years back, maybe he would be the only one.

Washbrook is under contract. Heard Radford might be Rovers bound.

Cant see it myself but stranger things have happened. From my point of view it would be a bad move as I dont rate the player very highly.

As for Westerman, I would love to see him at Rovers, a player I like and one if he gets his head down and concentrates on his rugby will become a very good player.

I've been told that rovers have big money available on the cap for next season and to expect 2 or 3 really top class signings. Lots of comings and goings over at caravan park in th eoff season
