The weakest saints side in super league era apparently

Probably is but a weaker version of it ran wire close last week whilst we had to rely on a last minute drop goal to beat wigan u19's. We are in bang poor form and have lost some key players

Forecast to be a very wet one tomorrow, hopefully we can hold the ball this time.

The Rhiino ball has been hopeless in the wet with every team this season (although Wigan did a fair job with it 2 weeks ago) hopefully Saints spill it as much as we do because if its raining hard there will be knock on's a plenty.

Thought we'd nick this one but looking at the respective squads think we will struggle, but hope I'm wrong. Home play off tie is a must otherwise I fear we will go out ot the play off's in a wimper, especially if its France.

Didnt 12 man Widnes beat wire the week before that though,my point being that if we dont fancy ourselves to beat the so called weakest saints team in a generation then we really are back to square one regarding progress.

Horne has to come back into the halves for us to have half a chance in the play offs, therefore he need to take the brave decision and drop the milky bar kid.

Top win this game we need our so called 'big'players to perform, that means Tickle and Yeamo have to do somet!

TBF maybe Miller needs a rest. He's only young and has had to play every game since he arrived due to injuries.

Tickle & Yeamo haven't had a good game for a while.

Lummy,you are spot on,Horne is better than Miller in every aspect of there games,even Horne's KICKING game is better than Miller's,just because he is an Aussie,doesn't alter the fact that Horne is the better player.

In your opinion. Before horneys injury he was playing better than he had done for years yes but he's never a scrum half in a million years. My opinion is Horne does some things better yes but is not the future and to be honest I wouldn't use him or anything other than back up for injuries. Just my opinion, as you have have yours.

Miller and Horne are different players, Horne is a stand off , Miller a Scrum Half and the first real scrum half we have had in years (although Dykes came close apart from injuries), he is a bit raw, but feel he will come good after a full off season. I have to agree though, that we want any kind of sucess in the play offs Horne must start. I'd use him at centre (as this is our weakess area at the moment), but have a feeling Gentle might bring him in at FB.
