I feel sorry for him. He is a class above anyone else in our team. I can see him feeling like Michael Owen did at Newcastle. His comments when he first played for Man Utd, saying how nice it was to play with people on his wavelength, just summed up his frustrations and Berrigan must feel the same. He runs and runs and offers pass after pass and there is just no one on the end.

Like DDD said on the radio, you need the bit parts to support the 'stars'. Berrigan, or anybody else for that matter, cannot do it on their own. They need people to bounce off and work ideas with to make things happen, and unfortunately, the only thing he was bouncing off tonight was stationary team mates

I noticed he did that at the derby to. A player of his class must be frustrated. I rate him as one of the best in the league.

Sat by himself in the players lounge after the game last night. My bro in law said to him he looked a bit lonely, he said 'he was'.
Must be difficult for him being over here with no family or friends.
Think he gives his all in every game, makes the odd mistake, but you cant knock his effort. Doesn't mind a bit of aggression either, which is something we are definitely lacking.
