It's not difficult to see that making one brave decision picking out someone of obvious talent can pay dividends. It doesn't even have to be a huge name just someone who appears to shine out from others.

Depends whether you think an overseas coach is the way to go or not? I mean Nathan Brown was never any great shake at St George but he's been a revelation over here.

I know you want Kearney but that doesn't look likely right now. I don't know alot about Jason Taylor but maybe the board should have a word with Shane Richardson about him

theres a couple about who are assitants, macguire and kearney are the obvouis ones, and murray out of work.

cant make him redundant if the role still exists. Likely to simply be a compromise agreement and pay off. Personally i'd sack him for fraud, claiming to be a coach!

He was sacked because of an off the field incident, he might be a coach with ideas that could work well over here.
