Exactly - Motu Tony, Radford,& Last. cheap & hopeless.
My biggest concern is Radford recruiting the so called `better quality' players
from the usual talent pools at Bradford. Hull KR Castleford &Wakefield
before getting sacked, kickstarting the the usual scenario.

Any suggestions of anyone of prominence who would like to take

I'd bring noble in for now, probably to work alongside radofrd until the end of the season then see how the land lies but I'd also be on a plane to Oz having a proper look at up and coming coaches who have worked with world class coaches for some time.

Against a patched up Wigan side they should have made a better effort than that.

Pearson isn't in it for the long term now , that is why he appointed radders.

Bring more Aussies in, as the goal is club hull.

so the plan is to appoint a cheap coach, who takes the club backwards meaning the club is worth less than AP paid for it, so this plus his big investment he sells the club for a big loss. Yeah I can see this being his plan.

Id keep Radford but bring him some support, totally against Noble as head coach, but I think he would be a good man to bring in to support Radford, same as Kear.

The 'bigger picture' is that the club's PR machine spent the entire off-season telling us that the players now had their man in charge, how things had been let slide for too long, and how the whole ethos within the club had now changed. Interview after interview appeared, with a succession of players telling us how they all wanted to play for Radford, and AP telling us how the effortless, lacklustre performances were a thing of the past. There were plenty of veiled digs at Peter Gentle's 'soft' style of management, and a number of not-so-veiled assurances that the Radford way of doing things would be so much better.

The reality is that there's now a very good chance we either won't make the eight, or, if we're lucky, we'll just scrape into it. This would be significantly poorer return than the 'soft' Peter Gentle achieved. If things looked to be improving, you could point to the 'bigger picture' and say that your mate deserves more time, but the fact is that all the signs are negative.

Really feel Radford has got himself in a very difficult position. He has tried to be the tough uncompromising disciplinarian like he sees Wane at Wigan and McDermot at Leeds. However he has failed to see how positive these coaches are for all things good instead of being really negative for all things bad. Makes such a difference to the collective mindset, he has misjudged it so badly not sure how he can rectify the situation and get the players back on board.

As I've posted before I didn't want PG to be sacked I thought personally he needed another season, it's nothing to do with me wanting Lee to stay in the role "cos he's a mate" the squad are at a low with some key players not performing, will some of the current squad perform consistently week in week out? Who knows, we are not beating or even matching teams with any kind of performances at present for a number of reasons, & I blame a few things & not 1 thing in particular.
I also see that most of the squads are improved to, so this is also making it harder for us to make the 8, a play off spot as got to be earned, no team as a right because we think our team is good or we have made it before.

That's because our players blame everyone except themselves for bad performances.

Seems fairly split that people see it either being Radford's fault and he needs to go or it's the players and he needs time to weed out the bad apples. Question I have though is there are slackers and bad apples in any organisation, aren't the best managers the ones who succeed despite these influences

I don't think bringing in someone to 'assistance staffers would work at all, he would see it as his authority questioned.

He knows the task ahead of him , and it says more about the players , the performances they are delivering.

Just to add at the end of last year's playoff game I felt Gentle was a failure. But over the weeks after the game I calmed down and now see the Gentle era as a success, he got the best out of what was available and with time and contracts expiring for certain players he would have changed the culture of the club. Anyone remember Yeaman being dropped, vindicated I think on performances since

Our Coaching structure is a joke .
Radford and Last are way out of their depth . Also an enthusiasic amateur is taking the warm up drills and running the bench.
This is meant to be a Super League Club , not Hull and District Under 16's.
Pearson is to blame for this mess. He has trusted the Club to a bunch of Youth RL Coaches . Who the Hell would want to come and play here ?
Hull FC are steadily in decline . A proven Coach was needed to replace Gentle . Either that or Gentle should have stayed !!
Adam Pearson needs to act quickly . Sort this out , or sell us to someone who knows the game , that Pearson clearly knows nothing of !!

This squad (or the majority of it) made top 6 the last two seasons. This was under a 'soft' coach who supposedly did not have the respect of the players. The squad is certainly good enough to make the six again, particularly when you consider how teams like Hudds, Wire and Catalans have fallen away. The reason we're not is because the team is not performing to anything like its potential. Ultimately it's Radford's job to get them playing at their best, but he has admitted (and regularly demonstrated) that he doesn't know how to do so. If he wasn't your mate, you'd be able to see this like nearly everyone else can. He's hopelessly out of his depth and in danger of doing long term damage to our club.

Go nowhere near your first suggestion and we've recently tried and failed with your second one.

I do lay some blame at his door, but there's a few more teams this season pushing into the 8, cas been 1 of them, so some team is going to be pushed out. As I've said squads are improving, making our so called winables un winable.

Not sure the second one did 'fail' as such. It appears Gentle was overthrown by a group of players who didn't want to work for him. I wonder where we've seen that before? Oh, yeah, our club, a few years previously.

In his time here, Gentle got us moving in the right direction, at least. We may not have been getting there as quickly as we might have liked, but there was progress (with a few fairly large setbacks, granted). Since Radford's appointment, it feels like someone has slammed the brakes on and thrown everything into reverse. If he doesn't go soon, we're in for another Agar scenario, and we just can't afford that. We haven't finished mopping up the mess from Agar Mk I yet, without Mk II adding to the shltpile.

For every team that's improved, there's one that has deteriorated. I don't buy the argument that we're doing so badly because other teams have improved. Even if that were the case, which I don't accept it is, that's really no excuse for coughing up a 16-0 lead against one of the favourites for relegation, then getting shafted at home by a Wigan side missing eight players, all in consecutive weeks. That's before you even consider the derby and the Widnes game. And the fact that we can't win away. Your argument is a massive red herring designed to deflect criticism from your mate.

Forget the Cup final and play-off debacle many of our performances under Gentle were very poor indeed.
His recruitment aligned with Bombers SL knowledge and experience wasn't very good.
Radford hasn't had the financial carte blanche the pair of them failed with but we are undoubtedly struggling and I have not the answers.
Have absolutely no doubt about it, Pearson regrets ever getting involved but his naievety has obviously been a major part of our current woes.
