If I was manager of Hull City I'd probably do pretty badly. If the Allams then let me sign Rooney, Fabregas and Vidic results would almost certainly pick up a bit. Would that mean I was a better coach than when I didn't have them?

I agree with this completely. I spoke to Agar last year at the reserve game are cas. He doesn't read the forums but he's 100% committed to making hull a successful club. If he does leave I hope the fans remember him as the man to unearth and bring through young talent. Mainly tom briscoe

I don't have a cause. You know as well as I do the Agar gets blamed for everything on here, a lot of it justified.

I just won't listen to fans saying when we win it's about Fitz and Ogre etc and when we lose it's all about Agar.

So why not trust these players to get us in the top 6 regardless of Agar?

Ok I signed the 3 best players in the Championship then, point is he dramatically improved the squad.

Because I'd rather we improved our chances of success by having a good team AND a good coach!

Yes HE did and should therefore get credit for that aswell as when the players do well. When they don't then slate him.

Let me phrase it a different way, are you saying it is fundamentally impossible for a team to win games [iin spite[/i of their coach, rather than because of him?

Point taken and it's also there possible for the team to lose due to their actions and not the actions of the coach.

Isn't that a sad indicator in itself though? That the only good thing we can think of to attribute to him is the unearthing of one potentially very good player.

I get the impression that Agar is a fairly well-intentioned bloke and really is working as hard as he can to make us a successful club, but I really am far from convinced that he is capable of delivering that. It almost sounds nasty to put it this way, but I honestly think it's simply a case of him doing his best but it's just not good enough.

I guess O'Meley is allowed an opinion, as are the fans. Expressing his opinion in this way is unacceptable though.

The fans have there opinions O'Meley has his, if it did happen fair play to him, I don't know why anyone would be offended, especially if it was aimed at the fans with the banner.

So 20 pages and it looks like he didn't even do it, brillant.

He didn't do it - I was there - He didn't do it.

I left on the hooter so didn't see the incident. I was however sat behind the group with the banner and It was embarrassing, luckily there was only about 5 or 6 of them and when they attempted to try to sing (which was only when Hudds scored) it sounded like a mumble and quickly faded away when they realised nobody else was joining in. I know it was a really small minority but these so call supporters wanted us to lose yesterday.
