Do you mean in all SL seasons?
It was fuller for that mythical Bradford 19k+ game and it was fuller for the Wire (Andrew Johns) game aswell. I seem to recall the Wigan game in the season they should have been relegated it was pretty full aswell.
I did have a chuckle to myself that Wire brought about 300 last season on an Easter Monday but managed to bring about 10 times that many on a Friday Night.

| I thought we looked OK to begin with, but we are what we are, a mid table team playing against perhaps the comp's strongest side. There was a gulf in speed, both speed of thought and in a physical sense too. Warrington were clinical, they saw opportunites and recorded points; we tried gamely to bludgeon our way over but that is never going to win us a game against top 4.
But realistically who from our side would get in the Warrington side? I could only really make a case for Westerman for Anderson and Briscoe for Riley.

| The difference tonight wasn't strategy, coaching, motivation or tactics.
It was players.
Warrington simply have much better players than Hull. So much so they won by a distance whilst coasting through the game. For them the real battles lie ahead.
Warrington have a superb coach in Tony Smith and he is also a top top bloke. He knows that the first thing a top coach must do is get top players or he won't be a top coach much longer.
Your new coach will explain this to you, not now but somewhere into next season.

So true.
Start the game without our two most expensive players who are both about 34, one of whom has a dire injury record.
Makeshift hooker at SH
Big crowd drawn in following a PR fest all week only to be disappointed
In the armwrestle, undone by stupid errors
Washy bottling up the middle of the field
Right side defence not sliding
Inspired interchanges like Sharp for Lauaki
Inside ball move tried over and over
Ineffective kicking game
Loads of effort
Lack of creative organisation
Horne playing though struggling with injury
"we gave it a dig but came up short"
Can' fault the effort tonight but we're not well enough drilled or conditioned to make any impact as it stands.

A great insight. I find your club quite amusing.
In any event, I thought we did ok tonight, looked alright with at times a patched up team. If Briscoe has ligament damage then that is a real issue, but hopefully he will be ok for next season when we will require him most. I actually wish we did not have to bother with anymore games this year, just want it over.

| The only thing missing from us tonight was gift wrap and bow for the league leaders shield. Individual errors cost us 20 odd points. Westerman twice, Dowes and Whiting were all culpable and Horney too although I'm not going to knock him as I thought he was outstanding overall. He. Sam Moa and Danny Houghton were excellent but when Sammy Obst went off early there was only Horney attacking the line, mostly on is own. The two occasions we got a runner at the line with him we scored. Credit to Westerman for that who I thought tried too hard at times.
The outside backs were on the whole poor and didn't play near enough Warrington to pose any threat. Disappointing as the start was good but you need everyone on their game to beat Wire and too many weren't. Carvell should have walked like so many FC players have in the past when Ganson has reffed. Had Lauaki put a similar shot on (his one in the first half connected with Hodgson's back first) his feet wouldn't have touched the ground on the way to the dressing room.
Well done to Wire - good side that don't need Christmas presents in September.

Fully agree about Horne. Looked to be struggling in parts with his hernia but took on and broke the line without support more than once. Moa and Houghton were towering tonight, top notch games from both.

No, we have. Our run of results against bottom half and out of form teams has shown we're in the required form. Tonight's continuation of being comfortably swept aside by the big boys is just a blip!

| I thought we were well in the game in the first half but the diifference was they took their chances and we never. A couple of gift tries never helped. I thought Wire defended superbly.
I fancy us to win next week.

Conceivably could be without Long, Fitz, Gleeson, Tickle, Briscoe, Obst and Horne looked like he was struggling.

| Thats why Kent should have had a run if Tickle and Obst don't make it he will have to come in next week anyways as will Reece Lyne if Briscoe is injured.
